Winery Dveri Pax
The wines of the Admont monastery
Records show that, as early as 1139, Benedictine monks were already making wine in Jarenina in Northern Slovenia. Today, DVERI PAX combines the skills honed over the centuries with the benefits of cutting-edge technology.
The Abbey owns 168 acres of vineyards in the regions of Maribor, Jeruzalem, Radgona and Kapela. What particularly distinguishes the wines that bear the DVERI PAX label is their premium quality and diversity. They range from fresh fruity white wines to full-bodied, spicy reds. The DVERI PAX wines have won various international awards. You can prebook a tasting session in Admont Abbey’s Museum and discover the delights of our award-winning wines.
